Flyer Distributor

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flyer Distributor to deliver promotional materials to a pre-established list of locations. This role involves visiting businesses and other designated sites to drop off flyers that promote our services. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and able to maintain good relationships with our distribution partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our flyers are effectively distributed and prominently displayed, helping to increase awareness and interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flyer Distribution: Deliver flyers to a predetermined list of locations, ensuring materials are placed in high-visibility areas as per guidelines.
• Maintain Distribution Schedule: Adhere to the assigned distribution schedule, making sure all locations are covered within the specified time frame.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture positive relationships with the management or contact persons at each distribution location.
• Track and Report: Keep accurate records of all deliveries, including date, time, and location, and report any issues or feedback from the locations.
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure that flyers are placed in designated areas in accordance with the preferences of the location and any local regulations.
• Restock Flyers: Monitor the need for additional flyers at locations and restock as necessary to maintain a consistent presence.

Qualifications:

• No Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with business owners, managers, and other key contacts.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Dependable and Organized: Highly reliable with strong organizational skills to manage distribution routes and schedules effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Working Conditions:

• Travel: This job involves traveling to multiple locations within a designated area, so a reliable means of transportation is required.
• Flexible Hours: Work hours may vary, and some evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate location hours of operation.
