We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that all housekeeping and laundry tasks are performed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, custodial work, or hospitality settings, and possess a strong commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
