AFI is searching for a LOUISIANA LICENSED BROKER to serve as the Designated Broker for AFI, a growing Multifamily Property Services company. This role requires prior broker experience in the state of Louisiana and an understanding of Louisiana Real Estate rules and regulations.
This will be a contract-based position with further opportunities to be determined based on the success of initial responsibilities.
JOB DUTIES
- Serve as AFI's Designated Broker.
- Maintain all state licensing requirements related to the Louisiana brokerage.
- Collaborate with AFI Leadership to ensure the Designated Broker and the Brokerage are maintaining all Louisiana state filing requirements.
- Be apprised of AFI's business practices as required to ensure compliance with Louisiana Brokerage laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold an active Louisiana Broker License.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- College degree preferred.
- Must provide a list of 2-3 professional references.
