Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Monday/Friday WFH, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday In-Office (Strongsville, OH.)
About Us:
AFIMAC Global is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. In this pivotal role, you will actively drive the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business in the fast-paced, temporary situational labor industry. This role offers a competitive base salary, exceptional earning potential, generous benefits, and commission opportunities.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year
- Total Annual Earning Potential: $200,000
Commission Structure: 5% of Net Sales (NS) from proposals.
- Monthly Quota: 10 proposals (120/year).
- Quota Achievement: Full commission potential upon meeting monthly quota. If the quota is not met, the commission is reduced to 2%.
- Commissions are reconciled monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through follow-up on leads, targeted research, and direct engagement with potential clients.
- Sales Execution: Manage the sales cycle from lead nurturing to deal closure, ensuring a high proposal conversion rate and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of targeted business development strategies to drive market share expansion and enhance our service offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
Skills:
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving & Adaptability: Quick-thinking and solution-oriented, with the ability to pivot strategies in response to market demands.
