YOUR ROLE IN ENSURING QUALITY
In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the quality and safety standards that our laboratory is known for as part of the Quality Department. You'll support ongoing compliance with ISO 17025:2017 and GMP while collaborating with teams to continuously improve processes and practices. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Full-time, on-site position; Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States, indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship; A bachelor's degree in biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred and/or extensive lab experience and have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Other qualifications include:
Annual Salary between $45,000 - $50,000, comprehensive and low-cost benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance), Employee Assistance Program, Ample PTO, and a matching 401k.

YOUR ROLE IN ENSURING QUALITY
In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining the quality and safety standards that our laboratory is known for as part of the Quality Department. You'll support ongoing compliance with ISO 17025:2017 and GMP while collaborating with teams to continuously improve processes and practices. - Review analytical and microbiological data, worksheets, and reports for accuracy and compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and ISO 17025:2017.
- Assist with internal audits, document control, CAPAs, deviations, and investigations.
- Support and monitor laboratory compliance with established quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain QA/QC records and ensure proper documentation practices (GDP).
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for laboratory and quality staff.
- Promote and support laboratory safety initiatives in collaboration with the Safety Officer and Quality Director.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous monitoring of laboratory practices.
- Collaborate with the Quality Director and laboratory staff to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Other qualifications include:
- Prior experience in a testing laboratory environment is required.
- GMP certification is a significant plus - if you have it, we want to hear from you!
- Working knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and GMP standards is a big plus.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LIMS is advantageous.
