We are seeking a formal Project Manager to join our Connectivity team in Duncan, SC . Projects will likely include some plant expansion projects but focus normally on the New Product Development projects from innovation funnel to product launch to market. Duties will require overall direction, execution, control, and completion of projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading major strategic projects and may include coaching junior PMs of smaller projects. Team management and execution skills, rather than simply project coordination, are essential. These must be combined with strong interpersonal, influencing skills.
After gaining knowledge of our environment, there is the opportunity for this position to work under our Hybrid schedule working both in the office and remotely.
