The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating Computer Numerical Control equipment.
Responsibilities
- Employee must have a good understanding of CNC and machining logic.
- Ability to set up CNC equipment and make offset edits.
- Maintain a good production level of quality parts.
- Ability to perform regular maintenance on the machine.

- Detailed - able to keep detailed and accurate records.
Qualifications
- Experience in setting up lathes.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints.
- Understanding of precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to use and real calipers and micrometers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred or a 1 years manufacturing experience.
- Physical demands:
- Job involves sitting, standing, walking and lifting for periods of time throughout the day.
- Able to pass pre-employment physical / drug screen and ongoing random drug screens.
- Must be able to differentiate between color shades (cannot be color blind)
- Must be able to lift between 15 and 40 pounds repeatedly daily.
- Personal protective equipment requirements:
- Safety Glasses must be always worn.
- Steel toes shoes must be always worn.
- Some positions will require ear plugs to be always worn.
- Self-starter with integrity and confidence who strives to achieve even the most challenging environments with limited supervision.
- Able to comprehend and follow work instructions, apply basic math, and use handheld measurement devices.
