Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing Aflac's supplemental insurance products to individuals and businesses. As an Aflac Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio. Benefits and Opportunities
- Earning Potential: Capable of earning between $45,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Advanced Pay: Compensation is earned on an advanced basis, with pay issued up to 24 hours after a policy has been written.
- Bonus Opportunities: Opportunity to earn at least $13,700 in bonuses within the first year.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided referrals
- Educate clients on Aflac's supplemental insurance products and customize solutions to meet their needs
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to policyholders, including claims assistance and policy updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and generate referrals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to effectively position Aflac's offerings in the marketplace
- Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check.
