What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Sales Coordinator position at Aflac - Southern Arizona?
We are currently looking to fill the District Sales Coordinator position.
Our District Coordinator role is a leadership position. In this role, you will be leading and coordinating a team of benefit specialists, managing an established client base, and focusing on continued development and growth of our Southern Arizona market.
Compensation is discussed in detail with Kelly during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes; Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.
We are currently running initial interviews in-person.
During the interview, Regional Manager Kellyanne McGarry will talk with you in more detail about how your skills that can mesh with our needs and fulfill you as a leader.
