Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Duties:
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and coverage options
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related field
- Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus
- Ability to conduct outside sales activities effectively
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively

Pay: $57,271.00 - $66,531.00 per year
