My name is Sean Foster, and I am the Regional Hiring Manager for Aflac in the Western Slope of Colorado. We are seeking a career-minded, disciplined individual to fill our Aflac Benefits Adviser position.

This is a Business-to-Business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity, and a flexible schedule (can be built around unique situation both full/part time).
- Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary.
- You’ll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during your first 3 months of appointment and $13,700 over the first year.
TOP-NOTCH BENEFITS: Benefits include stock bonus program, bonus rewards and phenomenal trips. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.
