Job Overview

Duties

• Aflac agents work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits solutions for their employees while helping to solve key issues facing small businesses today. It is a key role with a well known brand that helps business owners help ensure their employees can receive direct cash benefits.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding Aflac benefits, eligibility, and claims processing.
• Collaborate with HR teams on recruiting efforts to ensure benefits information is effectively communicated to potential hires.
• Provide support in employee relations matters related to benefits issues.

Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
• All career backgrounds are welcome.
• Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to employees at all levels.
