Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Benefits Consultant role at Aflac, located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area with the option for some remote work. The Benefits Consultant will be responsible for benefits administration, consulting with clients, managing employee benefits, providing insurance solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, and Insurance expertise
- Consulting skills in the benefits industry
- Strong customer service abilities
- Knowledge of benefit programs and insurance policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
