We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to our team in Western North Carolina. We offer work at home positions with occasional in the field time and training required.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations to explain various insurance products and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service.
- Assist clients with the application process and provide ongoing support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage in insurance sales and outside sales
- Basic negotiation skills and a willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Multilingual or abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with marketing and sales administration concepts
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
