As an Aflac Benefits Advisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of insurance and tailoring solutions to suit their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client assessments to gain insight into their insurance needs and goals.
- Educate clients on Aflac's diverse portfolio of insurance products, encompassing supplemental health and life insurance.
- Personalize insurance plans to align with individual and business requirements.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Preferably, previous experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of an Oregon state insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
