Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of various insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Assist in the administration of insurance policies and handle inquiries regarding coverage options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to conduct insurance sales and demonstrate product knowledge
- Basic negotiation skills for closing deals
- Customer service orientation to address client needs
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
