$3,000-$4,000 Bonus Potential in First 3 Months

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of various insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the administration of insurance policies and handle inquiries regarding coverage options.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to conduct insurance sales and demonstrate product knowledge
  • Basic negotiation skills for closing deals
  • Customer service orientation to address client needs
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
