$3,000-$4,000 Bonus Potential in First 3 Months

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer outreach.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly.
  • Participate in outside sales activities to expand the client base.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and market trends to effectively serve clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets
  • Basic understanding of insurance sales processes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales environment
  • Customer service orientation to meet client needs
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing and benefits administration is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
