Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer outreach.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly.
- Participate in outside sales activities to expand the client base.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products and market trends to effectively serve clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets
- Basic understanding of insurance sales processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales environment
- Customer service orientation to meet client needs
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with marketing and benefits administration is beneficial

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
