We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to our team.

Aflac associates work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for their employees while helping to solve key issues facing small businesses today. $3,000-$4,000 Bonus Potential in First 3 Months

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable benefits solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and explain various insurance products to potential customers.
  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Basic understanding of insurance sales and benefits administration
  • Ability to work in outside sales environments
  • Negotiation skills to close sales effectively
  • Customer service orientation to assist clients with inquiries
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales-driven role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $62,327.00 - $92,355.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
