Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable benefits solutions.
- Conduct presentations and explain various insurance products to potential customers.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Basic understanding of insurance sales and benefits administration
- Ability to work in outside sales environments
- Negotiation skills to close sales effectively
- Customer service orientation to assist clients with inquiries
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a sales-driven role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $62,327.00 - $92,355.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
