Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain policy options clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Assist in the administration of insurance policies and handle inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Continuously learn about new insurance products and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to perform insurance sales and outside sales activities
- Negotiation skills to close deals and meet client needs
- Customer service orientation to assist clients with inquiries
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and benefits administration
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse clientele
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
