Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our products and services, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a focus on customer service and collaboration.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our offerings.
• Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and enhancing customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the market.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology sales to effectively convey relevant information to clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in business development or collaboration sales is advantageous.
• A passion for technology sales and an eagerness to learn about our products and services will set you apart as a candidate.
