Position Compensation Range:
$97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Leads the design, development, and execution of complex organization effectiveness strategies.
• Serves as a lead expert within the centers of practice and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline and broad knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
• Strategizes and presents ideas to stakeholders.
• Defines product features according to customer needs.
• Leads the development process.
• Serves as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Manages and prioritizes product backlog items.
• Assists the product development team to meet objectives.
• Adjusts and improves each iteration of the product before release.
• Identifies areas of improvement.
• Keeps customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product. Sets vision for the product.
• Manages a portfolio of products and programs. May create and advise teams on alignment methodologies to increase value delivery.
Requirements:
• You will bring deep change management expertise (experience leading large, complex strategic change management projects).
• ProSci, ACMP or other change management certification/designations preferred.
• Experience in the Insurance industry a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience planning and managing the development project from start to finish and ensure that the product(s) meet the customer's needs.
• Demonstrated program management experience.
• Demonstrated organization and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a product owner.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile principles with experience in leading and/ or partnering on organization change efforts.
• Business acumen and demonstrated ability to understand multiple business operations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, organization development or effectiveness, lean, process improvement or strategic consulting.
This is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Work locations for this role include: Madison, WI.
