At AFP, a leader in producing premium puddings and cheese sauces in New Holland, PA, we're looking for a skilled PLC Maintenance Specialist/Programmer to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance employees, ensuring smooth operations of facility, utility systems, and production equipment.
- Plan and implement maintenance programs, focusing on electrical systems and ensuring production machinery runs efficiently.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team, especially with electrical issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in setting up, installing, and troubleshooting electrical controls and process logic controls.
- Strong skills in building and wiring control panels, and a solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Expertise in software systems programming, installation, and debugging.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- A self-motivated, problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
