Industrial Automation Support Specialist

This position supports the hydraulic sales team with sales growth by the promotion of electrical automation products and technologies to customers, aiding with pre / post sale support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Build positive relationships with AFP sales, customer service teams and vendor partners.
• Make recommendations for electrical inventory requirements and product line pricing structure.
• Build and maintain product tip sheets to promote electrical product sales.
• Assist with customer electrical automation needs by offering value-added solutions.
• Construct system bill of materials for projects and assemblies as needed.
• Program automation systems to meet requirements and provide customer product training as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
