Streamer Strategy Manager

Description: The Streamer Strategy Manager will develop and execute streamer strategy to recruit streamers and grow the streamer community. The ideal candidate has a customer service mentality, a great sense of knowledge in the livestreaming industry and local community.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Develop and implement streamer business strategy
• Set KPI goals for streamer business, yearly/monthly planning, budgeting and analyze the result
• Recruit streamers and grow the streamer community with streamer campaign and events
• Be the primary point of contact and manage Discord channel to build relationships with streamers and users
• Create streamer related business model, business development and seek sponsorship/partnership opportunities
• Develop metrics to measure streamer performance and maximize traffic and revenue
• Collaborate with marketing team to help develop marketing campaigns that will increase streamer activities and user acquisition.

[Key Requirements]

• 5 years experience working in business development, digital/social media marketing, community management, partnership or streamers/talents recruitment, preferably in the tech, entertainment or game Industry
• Project management skills (e.g. Timeline management, budget cost tracking, etc.)
• Good communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to streamers
• Deep knowledge of the livestreaming industry
• Experience of managing talent in platform / media / MCN / influencer companies

[Plus]

• Existing relationships within the game industry and streamer community
• Direct networking with social entertainers and content creators is advantageous.
• Experience with esports, live video content, or gaming communities
• Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
• Analytics and data driven
• Expert with all third-party tools on AfreecaTV (OBS / Xsplit)
• Expert with video editing programs
• Deep understanding of AfreecaTV and its community, including knowledge of platform’s features and unique culture
• Bilingual in English and Korean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
