Membership Coordinator
Location: In-Person
Reports to: Director of Membership
The African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) seeks a driven and detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to elevate our membership experience. This role is key in engaging members, driving growth, and supporting AACC’s mission to empower entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze membership trends and improve retention strategies.
- Lead onboarding and outreach campaigns to grow membership.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate membership initiatives into events.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track membership metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or communications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in CRM systems and member organizations is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) desired; fundraising experience a bonus.
