We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Burlington TWP, NJ.

Job Description: We are looking for a caring and experienced Home Health Aide to assist an elderly male patient in Burlington, NJ. The primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to the patient.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve nutritious home-cooked meals.
• Engage the patient in meaningful activities and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition.

Requirements:

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
