We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves answering phones, data entry, filing, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet visitors and manage reception duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in databases
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events
- Prepare and process various documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is operational
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
