Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves answering phones, data entry, filing, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in databases
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events
  • Prepare and process various documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is operational
  • Provide general support to staff and management as needed
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Experience with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners
  • Familiarity with database management
