General Description :
The Community Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted role crucial to building brand awareness and nurturing the AFTCO community. This individual will be the primary point of contact for our pro staff, media partners, and online audience, fostering positive relationships and promoting the AFTCO brand across various channels. This role requires a passion for community building, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Community Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute community engagement strategies and contribute to the overall success of AFTCO.
Responsibilities : Pro Staff Management
- Manage all aspects of the AFTCO Pro Team, including communication, activation, and organization.
- Oversee quarterly pro product seeding, ensuring timely delivery communication and effective promotion.
- Coordinate product testing with pro staff, assisting the product team with gathering feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pro staff members, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Track and report on pro staff activities and performance.
