Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team in Flint, Michigan(Flint MI,-Area Only). The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair, particularly in HVAC systems. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems.
-Perform repairs on a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washer, dryers and ovens.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance functionality and repair needs.
- Provide field service support, traveling to customer locations in a box truck to perform repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their appliance issues and the steps taken to resolve them.
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair or related fields.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for various appliances.
- Experience in HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.

- Capable of working independently while managing time efficiently in the field.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
