- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to appliance operation.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly valued.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and equipment up to 75lbs is a must
