After School Program
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor to teach an Introduction to AI & Arduino Maker Kits class for elementary students. This hands-on, engaging program introduces young learners to foundational AI concepts and basic electronics using Arduino. If you have a passion for teaching STEM and inspiring the next generation of innovators, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead interactive, engaging lessons on AI concepts and Arduino basics
- Guide students through hands-on projects using Arduino Maker Kits
- Foster creativity and problem-solving through coding and electronics activities
- Ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Communicate with program coordinators about class progress and needs
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching or working with elementary students
- Knowledge of Arduino programming and AI fundamentals
- Background in STEM education, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and skill levels
