Job Description:
Are you passionate about dance and love sharing the energy of K-pop or hip-hop with young dancers? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Dance Instructor to teach fun and high-energy K-pop and hip-hop classes to middle school students. If you have a talent for choreography and a knack for motivating students, this is your chance to inspire the next generation of dancers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging dance classes, teaching students the fundamentals and choreography of K-pop and/or hip-hop styles.
- Choreograph routines that are age-appropriate and fun, helping students build confidence and skill.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment where students can express themselves and enjoy dance.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom space for all students, with attention to technique and proper movement.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching K-pop or hip-hop dance, with a strong background in choreography.
- Ability to engage and motivate middle school students.
- Strong understanding of dance fundamentals and performance techniques.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young dancers.
Compensation: $50 per hour.
Schedule: 1-3 hours per week, 1 day per week.
