Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of adult learners and children.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in subjects such as culinary arts and theater.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their educational journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusivity in the learning process.
