Job Summary :
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget. As an integral part of our Product Development team, you will collaborate and work alongside engineering team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Essential Functions :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Responsible for overseeing the organization of engineering projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and other project details.
- Attends all product development meetings, leads meetings when necessary.
- Ongoing contact for status on all projects for Product Managers, Brand Managers, and Marketing staff.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to engineers.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using Monday software.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
