Shop Manager
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team at Aftermath Services in North Attleboro, MA.
About the Role
The Shop Manager is central to overseeing all aspects of the shop's operations, including staff management, training, scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance. This role requires agility and flexibility, as well as passion for helping people during times of tragedy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create monthly schedules for all shop personnel and oversee team performance
- Direct leadership and development of Supervisors and Technicians
- Manage job site operations and support field teams
- Facilitate community outreach and build local partnerships
- Support Market Manager and Area Manager in daily operations
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to respond to dispatch office within one hour
- Occasional overnight travel required
- Demonstrated leadership experience in technical or field service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software
