Position Overview
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our award-winning cannabis products are produced with precision, care, and efficiency. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Production & Packaging: Accurately fill, package, and label cannabis products while maintaining speed and quality.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections and compliance checks to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to keep production on schedule.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Keep workspaces, kitchen, and packaging areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
- Task Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to efficiently switch between different production tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
- Pass a background check (No felony convictions).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong work ethic: Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to showing up on time, every day (No call-ins in the first 30 days).
- Detail-oriented and adaptable: Able to multitask, count quickly and accurately, and adjust to shifting priorities.
Nice-to-Have Experience (Not Required but Preferred)
- Food production, manufacturing, fast food, bakeries, or breweries experience.
- Prior experience in cannabis production or METRC compliance.
