The Strategic Sales Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sales Operations marketing projects through to completion. Their duties include managing project priority in partnership with Solutions stakeholders, managing the budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, identifying and collaborating with cross-functional project team members, setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines, and preparing reports to provide project status updates.
In partnership with Solutions stakeholders, the Strategic Sales Operations Project Manager will determine project strategy and carry out the completion of assigned projects.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the creation of internal and client-facing quarterly business review presentations
- Owns agent communications marketing campaign execution, schedules and budgets.
- Oversee Solutions Network marketing campaign execution, schedules and budgets
- Maintain control and cadence of all projects assigned to the sales, operations marketing team
- Lead coordination and planning for client webinars and other thought leadership events
- Coordinate and lead team brainstorming sessions for client events and experiences
- Support in the planning and execution of client visits
- Aid in the planning and delivery of the Client Experience Conference event (CEC)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- PMP Certification Preferred
- 1-3 years Required
- Proficient in Microsoft products such as: SharePoint, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc. (High proficiency)
- Proficient in project management tools such as: MS Project, Wrike, Jira (High proficiency)
- Working knowledge of programs such as: Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Sitefinity, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Medium proficiency)
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously (High proficiency)
- Time Management: Ability to manage time of self and others to ensure deadlines are met and projects are executed on. (High proficiency)
- Adaptability: Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing project & event requirements and environments. (High proficiency)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with clients, vendors, and team members (High proficiency)
