Description :

We are looking for someone passionate about improving business processes, developing reporting, and providing support for 70 users (and growing). As part of a small IT team, reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you’ll be a right hand person to the manager and will support a variety of technologies and play a key role in managing our ERP system.

Primary responsibilities include ERP configuration, integration, and security management, along with end-user desktop support and troubleshooting. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and validate system and reporting changes. The role includes both project-based tasks and ongoing support to maintain best practices and system reliability.

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a flexible combination of remote and on-site work

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Support Syspro ERP users with excellent customer service and a drive to help users succeed at their tasks. Timely address general helpdesk hardware and software issues
• EDI support and Integrations with EDI for Syspro.
• Improve business process efficiency through SSRS and BI Development and Report Creation.
• Develop and debug Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Evaluate and recommend business processes and technology-driven enhancement opportunities based on application system upgrades, releases, and patches.
• Install updates – test troubleshoot and deploy.
• Ensure sufficient backups are in place for existing processes to maintain stable operations through expected and unexpected changing environments.
• Maintain software by troubleshooting, fixing issues, or placing service calls.
• Make recommendations, offer solutions, and take action to improve existing products and processes.
• Assist in various implementations or company projects as needed.
• Corporate infrastructure backup and off-hours support as needed.
