Position: Lead Technician for Cellphone RepairResponsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your 7 years of experience to diagnose and repair a wide range of cellphone brands and models. This includes, but is not limited to, Apple, Samsung, Google, and other major manufacturers.
- Electronic Device Repair: Extend your repair skills to tablets, iPads, game consoles, and computers, ensuring a broad service offering to our customers.
- Micro Soldering: Expertise in micro soldering, including installing FPC connectors, swapping charging ports on iPads and other devices, and soldering, retouching, or swapping small components like filters, capacitors, diodes, and other small board components.
- iOS Restores and Software Troubleshooting: Perform iOS restores and troubleshoot software issues on both iOS and Android devices. Provide effective solutions for common and complex software problems, ensuring devices are fully functional.
- Computer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on computers, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet our high standards of quality and reliability. Perform thorough testing of devices post-repair to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of the repair process and outcomes. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to enhance the customer experience.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain an organized workspace, manage repair schedules, and ensure timely completion of repair jobs. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
