Sales Associate

AG Consulting Partners is seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and collaborating with sales and recruitment teams to achieve business objectives. As a Sales Associate for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns.

• Supporting the business development team in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Determining target clients and development of account plans
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospects and clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s services and capabilities.
• Assisting in developing proposals, contracts, RFPs, and presentations for potential clients.
• Tracking and reporting on sales activity, client feedback, and business development progress using CRM software.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
• Participating in networking events, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.

You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in a staffing and/or consulting environment would be preferred.
• Strong interest in business development, sales, or staffing/recruitment industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You might also have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.

Additionally, performance-based incentives may be included as part of the total compensation package. These details will be discussed during the hiring process to ensure transparency and alignment with the responsibilities and expectations of the role.

The annual salary range for this role is: $90,000 - 100,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
