Requirements:
- Must have AZ fingerprint card in hand

ServSafe certification is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record as driving is a requirement of the job
Job Qualifications:

Significant cooking experience is important.

Formal culinary training is highly desired.

A friendly personality is important in this healthcare setting.
