Requirements:
- Facility is not accepting local candidates.
- COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission
- 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted)
- Active MA license required at time of submissions
- BILH Coversheet Required
- Primary Experiential Needs include Ortho, Neuro, Transplant & Cardiac National Surgical Tech
- BLS/CPR required
- CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH
