Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Representative at Ag Health Benefits Alliance in Napa, CA. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for assisting agricultural employees with their benefit programs, providing exceptional customer service, conducting insurance training, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- AA degree and/or 3-5 years work experience.
- Spanish bilingual required.
- Strong customer service skills with professional and courteous phone manners.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
