- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the property management team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective property operations.
- Assist in leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease execution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking to achieve property financial goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Provide administrative assistance, including lease document preparation and background checks.
- Support rent collection, track delinquencies, and coordinate lease renewals.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating and promoting property-specific materials and social media updates.
- Participate in outreach activities to attract potential residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Vendor and Partner Relationships:
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality services and timely repairs.
- Compliance and Regulations:

- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: College degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
- To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on leasing and resident relations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in basic computer software and property management technology
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
