What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Store Sales Associate position at Ag Partners Coop?
We are seeking a part-time Farm Store Sales Associate at our Ellsworth, WI location. As a Farm Store Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by handling feed orders, answering questions, and loading products into customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product selection and answering product questions.
- Accurately processing and handling payments.
- Keeping the store clean and well-stocked, and maintaining the outdoor areas.
- Assisting with inventory counts and product orders.
- Coordinating with manufacturing locations for customers' orders.
- Safely operating a forklift to load and unload trucks.
Qualifications:
- Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work mornings and weekends during busy seasons.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite programs.
- Be ready to assist other departments.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift between 50 and 100 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold climates.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
