What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader Operator position at Ag Partners?
Join the Ag Partners Agronomy Operations team as a temporary Loader Operator! We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to operate a loader at our Ellsworth, WI, location. In this role, you will primarily move fertilizer products from storage bins to the blending tower.
Your role is important during all production hours, and we may be able to arrange flexible shifts if needed. Depending on the workload and your licensing, you may also be asked to haul product to customers and transport application equipment to various locations. Additional responsibilities may include driving trucks and pickups, operating a forklift, and assisting with warehouse tasks to support our seasonal operations.
While this position is available from approximately April 15 thru July 1, this position is also needed during our busy fall season that runs from September to late November. Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States. A CDL is not required, but you must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Requirements:- Reliable transportation to the location by daily designated start times.
- Proficient operation of a John Deere payloader or similar equipment.
- Good communication skills to interact well with team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, including sufficient product knowledge to identify the correct fertilizer products for loading, an understanding of facility operations, and the ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
- Availability to work extended hours during the busy season, perform repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds), and climb ladders to complete tasks at elevated or below-grade locations.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement or a seasonal Farm Service CDL
- Valid DOT health card.
