Join Ag Partners in temporary role as a Seasonal Operations position and assist with spring work by driving trucks, pickups, or working in the warehouse. Our busy spring season usually runs early-April to mid-July. Hours can be flexible, and you must be 18 years or older. A CDL is not mandatory, and you will need to pass a preemployment drug test.
Open positions include:
- Truck Driver or driver
- Skid loader/Forklift operator
- Loading Dock, Customer Service, and Yard Work Assistant
- A valid Class D or a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- While hours can be flexible, we prefer the ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
- Repetitive heavy lifting (55 pounds) and climbing ladders to perform tasks at elevated or below-grade locations.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement; a seasonal (180 day) CDL may be adequate in certain circumstances.
- Valid DOT health card.
- Sufficient product knowledge to identify and load correctly.
The starting pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on job-related skills and experience.
Temporary employees are eligible to join the 401(k)-retirement plan and get up to a 4% employer match with an additional years-of-service match. Employees in this position will earn Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) after working 30 hours per week.
