About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Applicator to join our team in the Agriculture industry. As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for applying crop protection products and fertilizers to crops, ensuring that they are applied accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating equipment, as well as keeping accurate records of all applications. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' crops and the overall success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate and maintain application equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Agriculture industry
- Commercial Applicator's License
- Experience operating GPS and precision application equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Apply crop protection products and fertilizers to crops according to label instructions and company standards
- Maintain and calibrate application equipment to ensure accurate and efficient application
- Keep accurate records of all applications, including product used, rates applied, and weather conditions
