Job Title: Liquid Propane Driver (LP Driver)

Reports to: Energy Operations Manager
Summary:
Deliver propane fuel from Ag Plus' propane storage tanks to customers' on-site propane storage tanks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports Ag Plus' stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
- Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.
- Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.
- Read and follow company employee policies.
- Be responsible for the timely delivery of propane to the customer site.
- Assists in customer tank setting, leak checking, and maintenance.
- Be courteous and have good people skills.
- Be able to communicate and solve differences of opinion with the customer.
- Maintain the truck in good working order, which includes keeping it clean and presentable, reporting all discrepancies (repair the ones that you can), and maintaining records for work repairs the truck has had.
- Drive safely.
- Educates customers of respective route days and positively encourages either "keep full" participation or advanced "call-ins"s" by customers.
- Performs leak checks and replaces regulators.
- Carries out APlus's’ compliance wit" "Duty "o"Wa"n" obligations with existing or new customers.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Commercial Drivers License with HAZMAT Endorsement and any other necessary endorsements.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts: fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places: outside weather conditions: extreme cold: extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
