What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager Trainee position at AG-PRO LLC?
This opportunity is for a 12-month training with the goal of becoming a John Deere Service Manager at one of our multi-state locations. This position will require relocation at the completion of the 12 month program to a location within (area of a 2 or 3 States) a regional area. Example GA, TN or SC.
Ag Pro is looking for candidates who would like to build a career in the farming/power equipment industry. As a Service Manager Intern you will learn the tasks of service writing, business system operation, customer service, service profitability, and service management. You will undergo practical on-site training with quarterly evaluations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed as a Service Manager at one of our locations as need arises.
